Online Voice Lessons

Designed to take beginner and intermediate singers to their next level!

Meet Your Instructor

I founded my voice studio in 2020 with a mission to help beginner and intermediate singers build confidence, healthy technique, and a deeper connection to their authentic voice. My teaching style is flexible, supportive, and student-centered — I meet singers wherever they are in their musical journey, whether they’re preparing for auditions, developing technique, overcoming stage fright, or simply rediscovering the joy of singing.

As a multi-genre vocalist, I bring experience from classical music, musical theater, contemporary styles, and songwriting into my teaching. I hold a Bachelor of Music degree in Classical Vocal Performance from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Music degree in Opera Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I’ve worked as a music director with Arlington Children’s Theater and served as a vocal coach and music theory instructor for Berklee’s Vocal Choral Intensive.

Alongside teaching, I perform as a classical singer with companies throughout Boston’s vibrant classical music scene and write and record neo-soul music with my collaborative project, Trust in the Sun. My background across multiple genres helps me support singers in developing versatile, sustainable vocal skills while honoring their individual artistry.

My students have earned lead roles in school musicals, gained admission into dream music colleges, and found the confidence to join community choirs and pursue singing for joy. I value artistic autonomy and create a safe, encouraging environment where students feel supported in exploring their voice authentically.

  • My Teaching Philosophy

Every student comes into voice lessons with a unique set of needs and musical goals. I believe it's my responsibility as an educator to help students meet their highest potential in a compassionate and nurturing environment tailored to the individual singer.

Vocal health and efficiency are at the core of my lesson plans with my students. As a professional singer myself, I acknowledge that vocal health is so much more than just warm ups and humidifiers. I take a mind-body-instrument approach to teaching voice. It's impossible to separate our instrument from our mind and body so part of the work of developing your voice is learning to use your mind-body-instrument in harmony with one another.

It's so important for singers to engage in a healthy relationship with their voices, which is why I provide a neutral framework for discussions of vocal sounds, nervous system regulation techniques for performance nerves, and a safe space for my students to explore the potential of their unique instruments. It is my mission as an educator to inspire artistic freedom and spread the joy of singing without the weight of perfectionism.
